The Spider™ 125 machines are the preferred equipment for quick and accurate socket fusion of polypropylene piping systems used in today's most advanced HVAC, mechanical and plumbing systems. Applications are typically inside new or renovated commercial buildings where pipe is installed in tight spaces — walls, ceilings, floors, attics, crawl spaces, roof tops and mechanical rooms. Easy & Accurate Socket Fusions

The Spider 125 Series 2 incorporates redesigned jaws that help to better maintain roundness of the pipe while improving the distribution of force. A new removable fitting support bar is also incorporated to secure the fitting — ensuring proper alignment and an even fusion.

Only One Operator Required

A one-man crew is all that's needed to perform socket fusions on the Spider 125. This not only saves time and money but frees up manpower for continuing functions on the installation, making the jobsite even more productive and seamless.

Made for Any Type of Pipe

The Spider 125 is the preferred equipment on jobs because it can successfully fuse a variety of polypropylene pipe and fittings, including PP-R (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) and the newest generation PP-RCT (Polypropylene Random Copolymer Crystalline Temperature). These materials deliver the same leak-free, corrosion-free pipe systems as other thermoplastic pipe systems that have been used successfully for decades.

Non Back-Drivable

The Spiders are designed with non-back-drivable gearing that self-locks. This ensures that pressure is applied smoothly and constantly maintained throughout the socket fusion process to produce a quality joint.
