Installing - Pocket PC McCalc
The following are instructions for installing McCalc from a Microsoft Windows computer with Microsoft ActiveSync 3.0 and above. McCalc requires a Windows CE 3.0 Pocket PC with Intel StrongARM processor. We will refer to your desktop/notebook PC as the PC, and the Pocket PC as the PPC.

1. Click here to download McCalc.exe to your PC's desktop.
2. Start Microsoft ActiveSync to synchronize your PC with the PPC.
3. Once the devices are connected and synchronized, click Explore on the ActiveSync window on your PC.
4. Wait for the Mobile Device Explorer window to show on your PC screen.
5. Double-click the "My Pocket PC" icon. Wait for the folders to appear, and double-click on the Windows folder. Then double-click the Start Menu folder to open it.
6. Drag the downloaded McCalc.exe file from your PC's desktop onto the PPC's Start Menu folder.
7. Close the Mobile Device explorer on your desktop PC, and you will now find the McCalc program on your PPC's start menu along with other applications like Today, Calendar, and Contacts.

Installing - Palm McCalc
The following are instructions for installing Palm McCalc from a Microsoft Windows computer. Palm McCalc requires Palm OS 3.0 and above.

1. Click the here above to download the McCalc.prc file to your PC, in the folder C:\Program Files\Palm\Add-on.
2. Click Start > Palm Desktop > Install Tool.
3. In the Install Tool dialog box, click the Add button.
4. In the Open dialog box, select the McCalc.prc file and click Open.
5. Back at the Install Tool dialog box, click Done. A message "Next time you perform a HotSync operation, the listed file(s) will be installed on your handheld" is displayed. Click OK.
6. Do a HotSync with your Palm OS device.
7. McCalc can now be found on your Palm OS device's program file list.
