Guillotine Pipe Shears
  This robust tool is designed to cut PE pipe thicker than S(DR) 17 within 1/8" of square on 8" or smaller, medium and high-density pipe. Swing away bottom jaw allows you to position cutter anywhere along the pipe. Teflon coated blade makes many square cuts with no chips to clog valves and small openings.
