Fusion Control System
is a standard feature on the TracStar 500, 900 and McHiLYT. The Coach system provides better communication between the operator and the fusion process. It leaves no guesswork to adjustments of the hydraulics, heater temperature, pressure points and pressure calculations - including face, heat, soak, fuse and cool. It even allows for drag compensation. It also keeps a record of fusion data for future reference. The system is remote operable, which is helpful for mobility around the machine and crucial when working in tight places or in the trench. |
