Jim Perrault is a professional engineer and has been with McElroy since 1990. His responsibilities include management of engineers in research and development and oversight of efforts involved in corporate marketing. He previously worked for a consumer products company as a research and development manager for four years. He began his career with McElroy as a project engineer and was involved in the development of the LineTamer and TracStar line of fusion equipment. He was promoted to the manager of the research and development department and from there became the director of product development & marketing. He is also responsible for contract sales efforts of custom machines.
